Over his career, Christopher has managed a wide range of claims involving schedule delay analysis, disruption and acceleration assessments, scope responsibility, change orders, contract reviews, cost estimation, productivity and inefficiency evaluations, causation analyses, project management performance reviews, differing site conditions, business interruption, and project termination. His ability to navigate these high-stakes situations has solidified his reputation as a trusted leader in the field.

In addition to his claims expertise, Christopher has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating contracts and financial instruments. Christopher’s career began at age 14, roofing in Central Florida alongside his father. At 17, he joined the military as a Tank System Mechanic and earned a degree in Business and Engineering. Following his military service, he transitioned into sales, rising to the position of General Manager before bringing his leadership and expertise to RayPro Roofing & General Contracting, LLC.
