At RayPro Roofing, Raymond oversees a licensed contracting firm known for delivering top-tier construction services, from foundations and framing to electrical, plumbing, and roofing. His hands-on approach and strategic partnerships ensure each project is managed with precision, allowing clients to track progress from start to finish. Raymond’s career began with Apollo Concrete, Inc., where he built essential infrastructure projects across Texas. He later led high-profile residential developments with Energy Smart Solutions, overseeing complex builds using insulated concrete forms in premium locations like Austin and Highland Park,Texas. His work at Masimo Construction saw him executing major roofing contracts for Universal Studios, Disney World, and other high-value commercial and residential clients.

Today, under his leadership, RayPro Roofing is a key player in Florida’s construction landscape, managing a variety of projects, including residential homes, multifamily complexes, and commercial renovations. In collaboration with the City of Fort Pierce, RayPro plays a vital role in community revitalization through a grant program dedicated to residential property renovation. In addition to his work with RayPro, Raymond serves as a Trustee at GABG TRUST GROUP LLC, a real estate development company specializing in both commercial and residential projects across 16 states.
