Bradley Pollack

Bradley S. Pollack is a seasoned professional with a diverse background across multiple  industries. His journey began in the early 1980s as a bartender at Gabriel’s Lounge, a vibrant bar  that catered to Miami’s burgeoning Latin community. Situated near Miami International Airport,  this experience not only allowed Bradley to hone his people skills but also gave him the  opportunity to become fluent in Spanish, a skill that would serve him well in his future  endeavors. 

After his time in hospitality, Bradley transitioned to property management, working for  BenchMark Property Management in Coral Springs, Florida. In this role, he oversaw a portfolio  of twelve properties, managing the needs of approximately 3,000 unit holders. His dedication to  detail and customer service helped him thrive in this role during a pivotal time in his life as he  balanced work with family life. 

Driven by a passion for healthcare, Bradley pursued a nursing degree and earned a Bachelor of  Science in Nursing from Barry University in 1996. For 12 years, he taught Continuing Education  courses for nurses at Nursing Unlimited, Inc., a premier educational institution in Miami. His  contributions to the education and training of nurses had a lasting impact on the profession and  solidified his reputation as a trusted educator. 

In recent years, Bradley shifted his focus to the construction industry, with a particular emphasis  on roofing. For the past 16 years, he has developed expertise in general contracting, managing  complex roofing projects across Florida and other states. As a Project Manager for Raypro  Roofing and General Contracting, LLC, Bradley applies his extensive knowledge and leadership skills to ensure the successful completion of roofing projects. His experience in South Florida,  one of the most challenging regions for construction management, has made him highly adept at  overseeing diverse project types. 

Bradley’s varied life experiences have shaped him into a well-rounded professional with eclectic  interests and a broad knowledge base. Known for his humility and dedication to relationship building, he is a valuable asset to the Raypro team. His colleagues appreciate his approachable  nature, deep expertise, and strong leadership, making him not only a skilled professional but also  a trusted team member.
